Terms of Service (lifelog)

Thank you for choosing lifelog (Offline Memoir Assistant) (hereinafter "the App"). Before you start recording your precious memories, please read these Terms of Service carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is an offline personal memoir tool providing life trajectory management, major event recording, entity (people/object) archiving, memory interviews, and memoir synthesis.
3. User Responsibility and Data Security
- Local Data: You understand and agree that all data generated by the App is stored on your local device.
- Backup Responsibility: You are responsible for regularly backing up your data. The App is not responsible for any data loss caused by device loss, damage, uninstallation, or system cache cleanup.
- Content Legality: You promise that the content you record complies with laws and regulations and does not contain any illegal information.
4. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all text, images, and other content you input into the App.
- App Assets: All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and brand name belong to the developer.
5. Disclaimer
- Service Provided "As Is": The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- AI Results: AI-generated keywords and memoir polishing results are for reference only. Their accuracy depends on your chosen third-party AI provider.
- Third-Party Links: Features like "Time Radio" access third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of such content.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated through in-app update notes.
