1. Local Data Storage & Offline-First

Digi Me is designed as an offline-first application. All your data—including schemas, context packages, personal instances, and preferences—are stored locally on your device.

• We do not upload your personal information or entries to any external server.
• You do not need an internet connection to use the core features of the app.

2. Data Synchronization (Optional)

If you explicitly enable iCloud Sync (or similar cloud backup setups), your data may be synced securely across your devices through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. We do not have access to this iCloud data.

3. Data Shared with AI Models

The app provides features to generate AI Prompts based on your local data.

• The app does not automatically send your data to any AI app or service provider.
• All data sharing is user-initiated. You must copy the generated prompt and paste it into your preferred AI tool, or explicitly grant the app permission to call an AI API on your behalf (if such features are enabled in the future).
• Please review the Privacy Policies of the third-party AI assistants you choose to interact with.

4. Analytics and Telemetry

We do not track, collect, or monitor your app usage behavior. There are no third-party analytic trackers embedded within the app that collect your identifiable personal information.

5. Your Rights

Since all data resides on your device, you immediately exercise full rights to access, modify, or delete your data at any time directly through the app's interface (e.g., deleting a Schema, clearing Context Packages) or by deleting the app entirely.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be available here, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
