Terms of Service ​

Welcome to Digi Me (AI Collab Tools) ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms ​

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use License ​

The App provides a platform to manage your personal digital structures (Schemas) and Context Packages to interact more effectively with Artificial Intelligence models.

  • Personal Use: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.

3. Data and Security ​

The App operates on an offline-first principle.

  • You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of the device where the App is installed.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you generate, manage, or export using the App.
  • We hold no liability for data loss or leakage due to device loss, damage, or third-party cloud sync vulnerabilities.

4. No Warranties ​

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties. We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability ​

In no event shall the developer of Digi Me be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

6. Updates to the Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
